How to set recording quality (from high-quality to low-quality)

You can select level on your setting menu. Default value is "Very High"

Change the sample rate to another value in Settings-Record-Audio Device Settings and try recording again.

(This problem is caused by the system's sound device not supporting the default 44100 sample rate.
