[HOWTO]Setting up oCam - Sound

 

Learn about the settings that appear when you click the Sound category on the left when you click Tools-Options in the Ocam menu.

 
Only offers options for the current microphone settings, and you do not need to change these settings by default.

However, if the microphone is recording only from one speaker (when using the USB audio interface), you can change this option to fix the problem.

If you hear sound from the left speaker after recording the microphone, change the input source to "Input 1 (left channel)". If you only hear sound from the right speaker, change the input source to "Input 2 (right channel)".



Additional tips

[Tips]To set the image quality at the time of recording (from high quality to low quality)

Note: This setting does not apply to external codec, will be applied only to Okemu built-in codec. Lowering the recording quality (quality), the size of the recorded video is small and out of image quality will be worse.

 

There is a menu at the top, tool - click the options you like, click the encoding to the left, as follows: it is possible to select the image quality (quality), it is set to default at very high (high-definition).
