[HOWTO]Setting up oCam - Sound

 

Learn about the settings that appear when you click the Sound category on the left when you click Tools-Options in the Ocam menu.

 
Only offers options for the current microphone settings, and you do not need to change these settings by default.

However, if the microphone is recording only from one speaker (when using the USB audio interface), you can change this option to fix the problem.

If you hear sound from the left speaker after recording the microphone, change the input source to "Input 1 (left channel)". If you only hear sound from the right speaker, change the input source to "Input 2 (right channel)".

After installing the codec, it is necessary to re-run the oCam always, you can see from the list of external codecs.

 

Click the codec menu external.

 

Click the check box that you are using an external codec. 

 

Select the Xvid MPEG-4 Codec List.
